Registration:
You are registering to participate as a rider at The Next Ride 2025 (TNR25).
By registering you agree to raise a minimum of $20,000 (if you bring along a spouse or $12,000 for solo participants) to benefit The Next Step, a non-profit organization in Israel dedicated to supporting and rehabilitating children and adults suffering from limb-loss.
Registration fee is $500 ($1000 by September 20, 2024) and it is non-refundable. Registration fee will be applied towards your minimum goal of $20,000 or $12,000 respectively.
Registration ends November 1, 2024 or when the maximum number of participants is reached.
Commitment:
Re-commitment schedule is -
For Riders raising $20,000 you must raise:
$5,000 by October 8, 2024
$10,000 by November 15, 2024
$15,000 by December 31, 2024
$20,000 by January 25, 2025
For Riders raising $12,000
$3,000 by October 8, 2024
$6,000 by November 15, 2024
$9,000 by December 31, 2024
$12,000 by January 25, 2025
On these dates, if you have not yet raised the total of the minimum required on your page, the credit card provided at the time of registration will be charged for the balance towards the minimum at that time. The re-commitment fee is the balance remaining towards the minimum at that time after applying the $500 registration fee and/or any funds raised until then. Any funds raised by you thereafter will be posted towards the total sum of the re-commitment charge which will be refunded accordingly.
On January 25, 2025, if you have not yet raised the total of $20,000 or $12,000 respectively, your credit card will be charged for the balance towards $20,000 or $12,000 respectively. The re-commitment fee is the balance remaining towards the $20,000 or $12,000 respectively after applying the $500 registration fee, the recommitment fee, and/or any funds raised until January 25, 2025. Any funds raised by you thereafter will be posted towards the total sum of the re-commitment charge which will be refunded accordingly.
Your guaranteed participation is contingent on raising $20,000 or $12,000 respectively or authorizing the re-commitment fee balance by January 25, 2025.
All extra charges, i.e. travel and participation fees, single occupancy, etc., must be paid by January 25, 2025.
If registration is made after January 25, 2025, a full fee of $20,000 or $12,000 respectively and extras must be authorized at time of registration.
PARTIAL PARTICIPATION OR CANCELLATION BY THE RIDER, INCLUDING FAILURE TO SHOW UP TO THE EVENT, WILL NOT RESULT IN A REFUND TO THE RIDER OR DONORS. ALL DONATIONS, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. FUNDS RAISED FOR TNR25 CANNOT BE DEFERRED TO A DIFFERENT EVENT, YEAR, OR TRANSFERRED TO A DIFFERENT RIDER OR GUEST.
TNR WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT IN GOOD FAITH TO PROCEED WITH THE EVENT AS SCHEDULED. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION DUE TO SECURITY CONCERNS, GLOBAL EVENTS, OR ANY OTHER MAJOR CAUSE, ALL DONATIONS RAISED FOR TNR25 WILL REMAIN WITH THE NEXT STEP AND WILL BE ALLOCATED TO SUPPORT THE ORGANIZATION'S SERVICES. IN CASE OF EVENT CANCELATION, ALL FUNDS (DONATIONS OR OTHER) ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE. WE WILL STRIVE TO RESCHEDULE THE EVENT AS CLOSE TO THE ORIGINAL DATE AS POSSIBLE; HOWEVER, TNR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EITHER WITHHOLD THE FUNDS FOR A FUTURE EVENT OR CONSIDER THEM FINAL, NONREFUNDABLE, AND NON-DEFERRABLE.
Travel:
You must travel on a group flight to receive the free airfare included. Your air travel commitment must be made by October 8, 2024.
Airline reservations will be made only for those who raised the minimum amounts needed for re-commitment as per above schedule.
